Good service and a great choice,as ever.

prompt & good service delivery

I ordered an expensive dress on Friday and paid £5 extra for next day delivery on the Saturday so I could take the dress away on holiday with me the day after that (Sunday). It didn't arrive on the Saturday, apparently something to do with their banking system not clearing funds on a Friday, so I never was going to have the dress for Saturday. Why didn't they tell me this before charging me £5 for something that wasn't going to happen. When I spoke to Denise in Customer Service I explained I was going away, to 'hold' the package & certainly tell the courier not to just leave it on my doorstep for a passer by to steal it. Guess what - the courier did leave it on my doorstep for all to see and it potentially be stolen. Luckily a neighbour saw it and rescued it. Won't use this company again. Too much stress.

The dress I ordered came a day earlier than expected which was very pleasing, unpacked it & there was not a crease in sight & ready to wear .

I recently had to return an item and found Grattan no longer issues return labels.
I do not have a printer and work long hours so am unable to get to a dropoff pick up shop.
The delivery people used to carry spare return labels so I booked a pickup from home but unfortunately they are no longer allowed to issue the labels.
After a phone call I now have to wait 5/7 working days for Grattans to send a label through the post.
What a performance to return an item!
Definitely not an improvement for their business.

Ordering on line is very simple and makes shopping easy and enjoyable.

The maxi skirt was delivered promptly with no problems.It was good quality with a soft feel. I had to return it because the waist was too big and the skirt was rather voluminous on my petite shape.

From ordering to selecting payment every thing was so easy. It's also easy to find what you're looking for on the website.
